 FIT JOY - PHYSICAL TRAINING

A highly versatile training tool, providing you with a variety of ways to train differently each day, in function of your available time, hormonal fluctuations, energy and equipment (and making it possible to train anywhere, too - at the gym, in the park or at home, even from your hotel in your work trips or holidays).

​

It includes exercises where 2 weights, 2 yoga blocks and a pilates elastic are needed, but also series of complete exercises which you can perform with no equipment at all.

You'll have examples of training programs for a beginner as well as for a sporty lady, specific training checklists, for and also guidance to create your own program, each week!
