  • mat (or towel),

  • 2 small weights (or bottles of water) & your smile ;)

YOGA

When:

Thursday at 20h

 

Description:

Each class is different - hatha Yoga, dynamic stretching, restorative yoga, breathing and relaxation

 

Duration: 20 to 30min flows

 

Price: free of charge, let's relax and practice together!

 

Equipment needed:

  • mat (or towel),

  • 2 Yoga blocks,

  • Yoga belt (or a long scarf/ trousers belt),

  • sometimes a chair

METABOLIC WORKOUTS

When:  

Monday at 18h  

Wednesday at 18h30

Friday at 9h

 

Description:

Full-body routine, meant to develop force and activate your metabolism, giving you more energy for the day while supporting the body's ability to burn fat more effectively. Functional exercises, using the body weight and/or small weights.

 

Concept:

15min workout, 5min stretching.

 

Price:

5eur/ session 

 

Equipment needed:

  • mat,

  • 2 small dumbbells (2-3kg),

  • small elastic
